Reversing drum cement mixer

The PENTA Series reversing drum concrete mixers are particularly suitable for concrete or mixtures with large diameter aggregates and allow rapid production of large quantities of mortar.
Depending on the capacity of each model and the type of mortar, it is possible to produce from 8 to 15 cubic meters / hour of mix.

The hydraulic controls allow a simple operation of the loading bucket and the electric controls enclosed in a watertight panel allow the rotation and inversion of the mixing drum, as well as an easy inspection.
The reversing drum, with double helix blades to discharge all the contained material, is made of steel sheet welded in three parts of different thickness to reduce wear. The particular shape of the mixing blades guarantees an optimal mixture.

Each concrete mixer is equipped with an anti-fall system of the bucket, which allows the slowdown of the free descent even in case of failure of the hydraulic system, and with a safety system against the involuntary activation of the hydraulic controls, which prevents improper operation of the machine.

All machines can be:
- equipped with safety nets to limit dangerous access areas, as required by EC legislation
- configured with 2 or 4 wheels with loading drawbar
- equipped with electric scraping blade (excluding the version with Diesel engine)

Suitable for medium-large construction sites, particularly robust but very manageable and simple to use, especially in construction sites where there is no skilled labor.
