Professional silenced concrete mixer

The BX concrete mixer series are light, compact and easy to transport. Sturdy and reliable, they are the ideal machines for construction sites and for renovations of historic centers where a low noise level is required.

The particular transmission system, between the engine and the drum, makes the operation of the concrete mixer extremely silent while guaranteeing maximum safety for the operator, as the transmission system with high resistance gears and belt is enclosed in the support arm of the bowl. The quick and safe tensioning of the transmission belt takes place without disassembling the engine casing.

The BX mixer is high resistant to continuous work thanks to the mixing drum made of three high-strength welded parts. The easy tipping of the bowl is controllable thanks to the large steering wheel and the cast iron gear system. The blades of the drum are screwed to facilitate replacement.
The efficient mixing system due to the tank with wide bottom and counter bottom, the particular geometry of the blades and the low number of turns of the drum allows to obtain a homogeneous material and a mixture at the highest levels.
